From the moment I sat at the counter, the aroma of spices filled the air and my heart danced with excitement. The two types of curry served on saffron-scented basmati rice are beautifully colorful, making me want to take a photo. The chicken and lemon curry is refreshingly balanced with the creaminess of coconut and the fragrance of cardamom. The mushroom and salt koji curry has a depth of flavor enhanced by fenugreek. Mixing in papad, pickles, and subji creates a delightful combination of textures and flavors that makes it hard to stop eating. Even after finishing, the lingering taste of spices continues for a long time, making it an experience that brings a smile to my face.
