The kaiseki centered around soba, utilizing seasonal ingredients, is very impressive. The dishes enjoyed by the irori (traditional Japanese hearth) are fragrant, and the whole fish is perfectly grilled with a good sear and firm flesh, making it the best. The sashimi is fresh and glossy, and each slice is irresistible. The soba has a firm texture, and when it enters the mouth, the flavor spreads gently. The doburoku (unrefined sake) is easy to drink, and there is also a sweet dish made with doburoku to enjoy. Reservations are essential, so it's best to book early for peace of mind.
