An Italian restaurant opened in May, a little more than 10 minutes walk from Yokohama Station. Personally, the best Italian restaurant at Yokohama West Exit. An Italian restaurant that opened in May, a short 10-minute walk from Yokohama Station. I heard that the chef who trained at Franco's, which is personally the best Italian restaurant in Yokohama West Exit, has become independent. We used the restaurant for lunch on Saturday. Lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays seems to be course only, so I chose the A course (2,000 yen). First, homemade bread and 6 kinds of appetizers were served. The course menu was an ario aurio made with spring cabbage and chicken. The minced chicken meat is lumpy in a good way, and the dish is a great way to enjoy the texture of the cabbage while experiencing its delicious flavor. The noodles are al dente and there is nothing to say about them! Dessert is cappuccino (+200 yen), tiramisu and lemon sherbet. I would like to come back at night as well, since the waitress told me at the checkout that I could enjoy lava-grilled meat.
