Smokey and smoky type, but the taste is sure! Located in a residential area between Hatsudai and Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome Stations Yakiniku restaurant located in a residential area between Hatsudai and Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome stations. A gourmet acquaintance recommended it to me and I made a reservation a month and a half ago. I heard it was on TV just 3 days before I went there. First of all, I tried the hatsu sashimi! It's so fresh and juicy! I love it! Negitang is also my favorite thickness and simply delicious! And the Chinese cabbage kimchi is a must. I love the rustic feel of the restaurant. It's hard to make reservations, but I would love to go here. I recommend 3-4 people to go here because of the volume of one dish. The top ribs and the top harami are heavenly! The Kalbi has a lot of fat on it, The kalbi had a lot of fat on it, and I thought to myself, "This would be so good on top of rice! I wanted to eat hot noodles, so I resigned myself to it. I wanted to eat hot noodles, so I resigned myself to it. LOL! The liver was grilled quickly. It's a traditional smoke-filled restaurant. They let you put coats and such in plastic bags. The price of 6,000 yen per person (including alcohol) for such delicious meat is a threat to the costumers! I want to go back!

Exploring a restaurant that refused to be interviewed? This is a restaurant that is said to have appeared on a TV program about a restaurant that refused to be interviewed. Since the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays for stocking, Wednesdays are the most fulfilling in terms of both quality and quantity. The layout is long and narrow, with table seating right at the entrance, counter seating beyond that, and a tatami room at the far end, with seating for about 20, I think. The restaurant is famous locally and is almost always full on weekends. The meat is thickly cut and you can fully enjoy the taste and texture of the meat. We especially recommend the top kalbi, top harami, and negitan. The moderate amount of fat on the kalbi and the harami will melt in your mouth, and the tongue is a thick slice, so it is very chewy. I have never had tongue that made my jaw hurt while eating. The Kuppa and salad can be shared by 4 to 5 people. Unusually for a yakiniku restaurant, there is a set meal (with rice, soup, and kimchi) available only for top harami and top kalbi, which is enough to fill up a single customer. It is about a 10-minute walk from Hatsudai Station, and in the middle of a residential area, so it is difficult to explain if you take a cab. Also, the restaurant is smoky and not air-conditioned, so you need to be careful about what you wear. I checked the data of the photo and found that it was June 2013. At that time, I used to go there every month without a reservation. I feel happy and sad at the same time.

Ryozan-En" in Nishi-Shinjuku 3.63 on the food log Budget: around 5,000 yen Not very accessible, about 15 minutes walk from Hatsudai or Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome station, but I was curious about its good CP and visited for the first time 😍🎶. I had a lot of dishes such as Hatsu Sashimi, Negitan, Top Kalbi, Top Harami, (refill), Hatsu, Liver, etc... I especially enjoyed the Harami: ‼️‼️ The meat quality is good, the meat is big, and most importantly, the CP is great 👏😀😀. What surprised me was that for 100 yen, they served a bottle of oolong tea just like you would make at home. Not a cup, but a "bottle"....it was astonishing 👀‼️ lol I wonder if the family runs the place? A very satisfying and filling restaurant. 🙆‍♀️ Reservations seem to be relatively hard to come by...but I'd like to go back💓. By the way, it is open from 18:00 to 21:00 and only one rotation, so I have the impression that reservations are difficult.
