Close to the station! Enjoy authentic monja in a casual atmosphere! Tsukishima, Tokyo is a fierce battleground for monjayaki! As you know, okonomiyaki originated in Osaka. Monjayaki, on the other hand, originated in Tokyo! Tsukishima was born as a reclaimed land in the middle of the Sumida River estuary in Tokyo. In Tsukishima, which has developed into a downtown area, the alleyway candy shops were especially crowded with children. Monjayaki began when a griddle griddle was placed in the back of the store, and the children were served thinly baked flour dough dipped in soy sauce or honey. It is said that this monjayaki was introduced to Osaka, Hiroshima, and other regions, and branched out into today's okonomiyaki. Surprisingly, monjayaki has a longer history than okonomiyaki. You can enjoy teppanyaki, monja, and okonomiyaki! Teppanyaki with delicious seafood is also great! What a lot of delicious and mysterious monja! LOL! They also have monja risotto, which is surprisingly delicious! It's good because it builds up in your stomach too... ♪
