There are many dishes to choose from, and it's fun to decide which one to have. The braised pork cartilage has a fragrant sauce that hits you first, and when you eat it, it's tender and the umami spreads. The hamburger is perfectly spiced and very delicious. The chicken sauté comes with a rich sauce containing mushrooms, which enhances the flavor of the meat. The braised beef cheek is also deeply flavorful and satisfying. In addition to knives and forks, chopsticks are provided, making it easy to eat, which is a nice touch.
