Botejyu General Store / Dotonbori

Botejyu is a restaurant in Osaka where you can enjoy the local specialties, the original okonomiyaki and modern-yaki. The 'Ganso Ton-Tama,' which has remained unchanged since the post-war period, is a must-try. The original mayonnaise and secret sauce create a perfect harmony. Various Osaka gourmet dishes such as kushikatsu and takoyaki are also available, and you can especially enjoy the limited teppan menu unique to the main store. The modern-yaki, made with thick noodles, offers a rich flavor from three types of sauces that fills your mouth with texture. You can also savor the rare Takamori Wagyu beef in Japan.
