The composition of the liver soup and savory dishes is excellent, and the eel is perfectly cooked with crispy skin and fluffy meat. The sansho powder is also aromatic, and the overall flavor is really delicious. Although there is not much difference in price compared to supermarket eels, the taste is completely different and I was able to enjoy the eel to my heart's content.
