The battera at this shop has an exquisite balance of the rich flavor of herring and a mild acidity, with the crunchy texture of the kazunoko (herring roe) hidden in the center being irresistible. The white kelp gently wraps the vinegared rice and the toppings, releasing a refined aroma with every bite. The grilled pressed sushi has a fragrant surface, and the sweet and savory sauce pairs well with the fluffy fish. The golden mountain inari is filled with sesame-infused vinegared rice and sweetly simmered deep-fried tofu, providing a delightful pop. The showcase is filled with a colorful array of items, and I was pleased to find a wide selection even in the evening. There is parking space in front of the shop, making it convenient to stop by by car.
