The thick liver with a little bit on top is irresistible ❤️ * Awajishima cold flatfish The meat of the cold flatfish is very firm. The fish is served with salt and wasabi recommended by Mr. Ikegami. * [Awaji Island Cod milt boiled in soy sauce】【Oyster Comparison Milky milt has no smell. The one-year oyster from Lake Saroma in Hokkaido has a strong flavor (below) Niigata's Kanzuri pepper is also the best Accelerate sake *Japanese [Akagai (red clam) I don't like to eat shellfish with sushi. But this red shellfish... ‍♀️ Anyway, the meat is firm but tender. Harami skin seared and pickled. What's with this delicious description? I'm drooling even after writing it myself! "Caviar of the field" with a tonburi! A little bit of grated daikon radish on top! This is exactly what "buri daikon" is! I also like the owner's cute gag. * "This is exactly what it looks like! A rare and fantastic sake ✨. Drinking a glass of "Tobiroki" from Aizu, Fukushima. Yesterday's Sushi Restaurant Ikegami, No. 3 Three kinds of sea urchin: red sea urchin, horse manure sea urchin, and Kitamurasaki sea urchin. Undan lovers will love this 😊. The final dish was Ayano maki. The rice is mixed with sea urchin and wrapped with squid, toro (fatty tuna), sawan (a type of herb), and cucumber. Ayano, who introduced us to the restaurant, orders this special roll at this restaurant ◉Rebun Island's Kitamurasaki sea urchin ◉Anago (conger eel) ◉Anago (conger eel) ◉Tamago (egg) ◉Black Whale Saeguri Ayano's special rolls

Senri-Oka They feed us the finest ingredients every time. Start with amaebi nigiri. The snow-salt-performed swordtip squid with Yura's sea urchin, which was probably the last of the year, was nothing short of delicious.

I was satisfied again 😆. If you eat only sea urchins, you'll get gout sooner or later 🙄. I'm sure you'll get the gout eventually 🙄 No of Snow Salt Performance Oversized Sashimi
