This is a restaurant where you can clearly appreciate the qualities of Sangen pork and Kinka pork. The loin cutlet is very tender, and the coating is crispy and pleasant. The meat for shabu-shabu releases its flavor with just a light cooking. When made into pork sauté, the sweetness of the fat is delightful, and the texture is light. Processed products like prosciutto, sausages, and bacon also have a wonderful aroma and are enjoyable. The wrapping is done carefully and looks beautiful, making it perfect for gifts.
