At the udon izakaya in Mukojima, there are counter seats and table seats. The first dish that comes out is the steamed clams in sake, which is very impressive and allows you to fully appreciate the umami of the broth. When paired with hot sake, it goes well together, and you can't help but keep eating. The snacks feel carefully selected, with a potato salad that has a hint of curry and topped with a soft-boiled egg, which is delightful. The thick ham cutlet, fried to a crisp, is also a satisfying dish. For the finale, adding mentaiko to the kama-tama udon and mixing it well spreads richness and brings happiness.
