Upon entering the restaurant, it has a nostalgic atmosphere that is very comfortable. The chilled Hebesu soba in summer is visually refreshing with plenty of thinly sliced Hebesu, making it the best choice. With just one bite, the gentle acidity and dashi spread smoothly, making you want to drink the broth as well. The noodles are firm and slippery, and it's great that you can choose between 80/20 or 100% buckwheat, as well as rustic options. The egg tempura rice ball has a crispy coating and a fluffy inside, and the sense of unity wrapped in seaweed is irresistible. There are also daily rice bowls and side dishes available, allowing you to enjoy them leisurely in a calm space.
