The warm atmosphere of the wooden interior makes me excited just to sit down. The carefully made 2:8 soba has a great texture, and the smoothness going down my throat feels wonderful. The dipping sauce has a rich aroma of dashi, and the balance of sweetness and spiciness is exquisite. The duck meat in the duck nanban is thick and full of flavor, perfectly complementing the nicely grilled thick green onions. When diluted with soba water, it becomes mellow, allowing me to enjoy it deliciously until the end. The tempura includes two large shrimp and various vegetables, which alone provide a sense of satisfaction.
