The atmosphere of the wood is gentle, and the interior is cozy. There is a small counter, making it a comfortable place for solo drinking. You can enjoy snacks from Niigata and sake, and it's nice that the offerings change with the seasons. The first small dish, a mix of pumpkin and cheese, has a mild and gentle sweetness. The fragrant grilled firefly squid, the non-greasy salted fish, and the lightly pickled cucumbers make for a delightful experience. The charcoal-grilled skewers are cooked perfectly, and the crunchiness of the knee cartilage is particularly impressive.
