In a calm space with a pleasant scent of wood, you can relax immediately. Here, you can add your preferred toppings to the basic ramen style, allowing you to fully appreciate the umami of the broth. The clear soy sauce soup, infused with the flavor of fish, is free of any off-tastes and has a gentle flavor that doesn't rely on additives. Since the ingredients can be served separately, the chewy texture of the noodles and the aroma of the soup stand out. There are also sets of rice and side dishes, oden, and a few small dishes, which make you excited about the ingredients sourced from visible producers and the carefully selected sake. The inari sushi that is packed on the spot and the large raisins were also impressive and very delicious.
