The store has a calm atmosphere, with a counter and tables that make it comfortable. It seems that the meat is cut after ordering, making it very fresh and visually appealing. The thinly sliced salted tongue releases a wonderful aroma when quickly grilled, and the flavor is enhanced when eaten with salt. The harami and premium kalbi are juicy, and grilling them to leave a little bit of the inside uncooked allows you to appreciate the quality of the meat. When grilled carefully, the chicken and offal, as well as the sausage, provide a delightful texture, and you can enjoy them without getting bored. The simple menu includes tomato slices, edamame, kakuteki, rice, and white miso soup, ensuring satisfaction until the very end.
