The log cabin-style interior, quietly located in a residential area, has a warm wooden atmosphere that is very calming. The chef manages everything alone, but I appreciate the friendly service, such as being able to change the sauce freely. The oyster cream pasta had a deep richness, and the balance between the plump meat and the smooth sauce was excellent. The porcini pasta was generously filled with ingredients, and the cooking was perfect, making it very satisfying to eat. The herbal tea served after the meal was carefully brewed with loose leaves, and I was able to enjoy the aroma slowly in a warmed cup. The guestbook had many comments from outside the prefecture, which made me understand the reason for its popularity and left me feeling very satisfied.
