The interior of the shop, designed like a traditional house with an irori (hearth), has a great atmosphere and is very relaxing. The soba noodles are slightly thick and aromatic, with a smooth texture that feels nice going down. The slight variation in thickness adds a rustic charm and makes it enjoyable. The dipping sauce has a rich umami flavor that pairs well with the noodles. The freshly fried tempura has a light texture, and when enjoyed with salt, the quality of the ingredients stands out. The fried river fish and small bowl of dried bracken are also impressive, and I felt that this place is a reliable choice in the area.
