Which flavor of fluffy hamburger steak do you want?　@ Grand Front Osaka | Happy eating delicious food♪ On February 20, Grill Omiya will open on the restaurant floor on the 7th floor of the Grand Front Osaka South Building! Thank you for inviting us to the reception. Chef Omiya also visited the restaurant that day! When I tried to take a picture of the exterior, he snapped a picture with me. He is a very mischievous chef! Inside the restaurant, only table seats are chic and calm, and the view from the window is great! We toasted with sparkling wine! I'm glad we can order drinks by the glass, too - Purple cabbage rapé and potato salad! Hors d'oeuvres served first! The purple cabbage rapé had a pleasantly refreshing acidity and the crispy purple cabbage was refreshingly watery! The potato salad was also very smooth! For the hamburger set, first choose your favorite hamburger sauce. Japanese-style grated hamburger steak 1,380 yen Fresh tomato hamburger steak 1,380 yen Garlic BBQ hamburger steak 1,380 yen Demi-glace sauce 1,380 yen Next, choose a set A set 300yen Rice or bread, soup B Set ¥400 Rice or Bread Soup Set Omiya Salad ■C Set ¥550 Rice or Bread Soup Set Omiya Salad Dessert You can add one more topping to your hamburger steak! Fried egg 100yen Cheese ¥200 Omiya Salad Couscous, red lentils and plenty of vegetable salad! We dare to use a simple dressing of salt and olive oil. You can taste various vegetables directly, so delicious! It is also nice that it is plentiful ■Bread I chose bread! The bread rolls with butter on the side were a high point of the meal! The fluffy bread is perfect for a meal! The butter is also rich and not to be underestimated! The hamburger steak was shared among everyone! The hamburger steak was plump and juicy, and the meat was juicy and tasty! When you put a knife into the hamburger, the juices flowed out of the meat! The tension of everyone there was at maximum! The demi-glace sauce was just like a Western-style restaurant! The demi-glace sauce was deep and fruity, just like a Western-style restaurant! The Japanese grated radish sauce was refreshing with plenty of grated daikon and shiso! The ponzu-based sauce is accented with yuzu kosho, a Japanese citrus fruit. Fresh tomatoes, diced tomatoes and onions with a nice crunchy texture! Garlic BBQ, the garlic is really tasty! Maybe it's for men? Thank you for waiting! Miyazaki Beef Sirloin 4,500 yen Chef Omiya served it himself! Delicious meat has a wonderful aroma, doesn't it? This one, too, was so delicious that you could smell the flavor even before you ate it! When I put it in my mouth, it was soft and gone in an instant! The meat was full of juices, and was so, so, so delicious! The mischievous Chef Omiya entertained the guests by cutting the hamburgers himself! He was so mischievous while making cute jokes! It's great that you can choose your own sauce and combination for the hamburgers, too! For 30 years, hamburgers have been a steadfast favorite at Asakusa Restaurant Omiya, a long-established Western-style restaurant. They have been made even tastier to suit the modern age! I think this is worth tasting once! I will visit again when it opens! Thank you for the food!
