Ebisuya

Ebisuya is a soba restaurant located near Koryu Shrine, offering local specialties. The handmade soba has an excellent texture and aroma, and the hegi soba made with locally sourced nuno seaweed is exquisite. The tempura is crispy and generously uses shrimp and local vegetables, perfectly complementing the soba dipping sauce.
