The tonkatsu bursts with the umami of the meat in one bite. The fat is sweet and melts in your mouth. This is based on a miso sauce, which has sweetness and depth that pairs well with the cutlet. There are also shrimp tempura and vegetable tempura, all of which provide a sense of satisfaction. The cutlet and shrimp tempura are large in size, making them exciting to look at. The staff are friendly and even teach you how to mix the mustard, making the dining experience enjoyable.
