The view of the Seto Inland Sea from the shop by the coast is refreshing and very pleasant. The morning-only porridge set, with its well-separated rice and rich broth, made me happy from the very first bite. When I dissolved a little sesame paste, it added depth and a slight kick, allowing me to enjoy a change in flavor. The small dishes, such as grilled fish and dashi omelet, also showed creativity, and each item was carefully prepared. Self-service drinks of lemon water and rooibos tea were provided, which was nice for quenching my thirst freely. In a calm space with bossa nova music playing, I was able to relax while being healed by the shop owner's smile.
