There are large plates of obanzai arranged on the counter, and my heart leaps the moment I enter. There are many seasonal dishes made with vegetables and fish, and they look beautiful and feel gentle on the body. The carefully seasoned dishes have a rich dashi flavor, giving a sense of homey warmth. The corn tempura is packed with kernels, has a strong sweetness, and is easy to eat. The handmade satsuma-age has a solid flavor of vegetables and is very fragrant. When I ordered a little bit of various dishes, I was satisfied with a well-balanced taste of fruit tomatoes, kinpira, and potato salad with the aroma of shiso.
