I was surprised by the volume of the tonjiru (pork miso soup). The rice balls were also larger than I expected, but they were delicious. The side dishes served on small plates were also tasty. I thought the portions might be too much and wondered if I could finish it, but I cleaned my plate. Even though I was full, I didn't feel heavy in my stomach and was very satisfied. I would like to visit again.

I learned from reviews that it is recommended to make a reservation even on weekdays, so I just made a reservation for a seat online at the designated time. It was my daughter's birthday, and she chose this restaurant, which I had also been very curious about for a long time. The preparation and cooking were very meticulous, and we enjoyed the food very much. I wonder if I should have decided on the meal content when making the reservation, as I was told that most of the ingredients I wanted to eat were not available, which was disappointing. The restaurant opened at 10:00, and we had a reservation for 11:00, but I was told that there was no fried chicken or roast beef, and my son, who was looking forward to it, ended up searching around until he found delicious fried chicken from a specialty fried chicken shop to satisfy his craving. What should I do to get the dishes listed on the menu?
