I ordered the yakisoba roll from the lunch menu. The miso soup was hot and well balanced between the dashi broth combined miso and the ingredients. The yakisoba roll was served with an omelette and salad on one plate, and was clearly seasoned and delicious. The omelette was excellent, with medium-thick noodles tossed in an okonomiyaki sauce that was more like sloppy joe sauce, and the egg rolls were wonderful. The pork, squid, cabbage, and salad were a simple yet sophisticated combination, served with Southern Island dressing. Bizan is a floury, Osaka-style restaurant that thrives in the business district and offers a delicious meal.
