This is a cozy little shop located by the Yui River, featuring a blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern sensibility, and it is very clean. The high ceiling creates a spacious environment, and the warm atmosphere is comfortable. The soba noodles have a strong aroma and a firm texture, and they go down smoothly when paired with the dipping sauce. The fried items are light and enjoyable, including shrimp, pumpkin, eggplant, perilla leaves, and seaweed. The cold soba topped with fresh sakura shrimp is visually vibrant, and when mixed, the aroma and umami spread out. The sakura shrimp tempura is generously filled, providing satisfaction, and I felt that each dish was made with care.
