Upon entering the restaurant, a quiet and elegant atmosphere flows, and the spacing between the seats is wide, allowing for relaxation. The staff's movements are graceful, and the guidance was smooth and pleasant. The view from the window-side seats is wonderful, making the meal even more enjoyable. The dishes that utilize seasonal vegetables have a gentle flavor, and items like kelp with roe, pickled vegetables, and miso-marinated tofu were impressive. The dishes served in the box, including grilled Spanish mackerel, sakura shrimp tempura, and the presentation of sashimi, were all thoughtfully arranged, and the turnip cooked in dashi was comforting. The stacked boxes with yudofu and small bowls, as well as the salmon, omelet, and aosa seaweed miso soup, were all delicious, and you can choose between porridge or white rice.
