Hamamatsu Eel available in Osaka @ Umeda | Delicious food and happiness♪ Let's go to Nagoya! I was planning to... I was still worried about Corona and so on, so I decided not to go too far... At least, let's feel Nagoya in Osaka! I changed my mind. Nagoya is famous for eel! My friend found an eel restaurant for me! Eel Toku Osaka! The restaurant is located on the 10th floor of the restaurant floor of Luxe Aire! I have passed by the restaurant many times, but I didn't know it was there! The main store is in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka. I heard that you can eat Hamamatsu eel! The place of origin of the eel was not written on the menu, but I guess it is from Lake Hamana because it is Hamamatsu eel. Grilled in Hamamatsu style with shallow steaming! Eel is served in a stacked dish, in a hitsu-mabushi (eel stew), or as an individual dish, grilled white eel or broiled eel. I prefer eel over hitsu-mabushi! The cheapest one is 2695 yen for a half piece of eel, and the most expensive one is 8140 yen for two pieces of eel in two layers! I was going to eat the middle one, but my companion wanted to have a small piece with umaki while drinking beer! He ordered me to order a big one! and we ordered the extra-large unaju! Extra large unaju (eel) for 5,500 yen The set includes the unaju, liver soup, stewed liver, and pickles. One eel and half a piece of eel It's shiny and covers the rice. It is steamed and fluffy. The sauce is smooth and secret sauce from the Meiji era. The rice is just the right consistency. Well, the eel is very light and has little flavor. It is easy to eat, but I personally prefer grilled eel with more fat. ◾️Umaki The eel is so light that it doesn't make much of a statement, and the dashimaki tamago has a stronger ratio.
