Mametaku

Dishes made with fresh ingredients directly shipped from Ishiguro Farm in Iwate perfectly match with sake. In particular, for those who want to be conscious of beauty and health, dishes using low-cholesterol and collagen-rich Hohorotori (a type of chicken) are recommended. Skewers grilled over charcoal and the special omelet are exquisite with their rich flavors and aromas. Additionally, the fresh vegetable dishes that change with the seasons and the carefully selected fresh fish from Tsukiji are also not to be missed.

The interior, characterized by warm materials such as earth and wood, is a space where you can comfortably spend time whether alone, on a date, or in a group gathering. You can relax and enjoy a pleasant moment at the sunken kotatsu seats. In particular, the counter seats where you can enjoy grilled chicken right in front of you provide a vivid dining experience. The warm lighting and comfortable atmosphere soothe the visitors.
