The new atmosphere of the interior is compact yet comfortable, and it has a sense of cleanliness. I enjoyed a bottle of beer while relaxing at the counter, savoring each freshly grilled skewer. The grilled offal is carefully prepared, highlighting the savory flavors of the liver and heart. There are also side dishes like mustard-dressed rapeseed flowers and thick fried tofu, allowing for a delightful variety of flavors. I appreciated the thoughtful service of generously pouring sake, which paired excellently with the skewers. Although the menu is limited in variety, each dish feels meticulously crafted, resulting in a high level of satisfaction.
