The standing bar is always lively, but the staff greets you with a smile, allowing you to relax right away. The style of pairing your favorite drinks with a variety of salts from around the world lined up on the counter and tables is very refreshing. In addition to awamori and sake, there are also rare drinks like Georgian wine, making you want to order more. The food is a mix of Okinawan classics, pad thai, lamb sauté, and rillettes, all of which are elaborate and delicious. The sounds of analog records, the TV broadcasting sumo matches, and the distant tones of the sanshin blend together, creating a chaotic yet calming atmosphere. After the meal, peeking into the gallery on the second floor, you find works displayed freely, which is even more enjoyable when viewed with a slight buzz.
