The moment I opened the bag, the fragrant aroma of charcoal wafted up, stimulating my appetite. The meat was fluffy and tender, and the contrast with the crispy skin on the surface was irresistible. Even without using the secret sauce, the umami of the ingredients was clearly felt, making me want to eat more rice. Without needing to reheat it, I easily created a luxurious bowl just by placing it on freshly cooked rice. The Nagoya-style direct grilling, which boasts a long history, makes you feel the strength of tradition with every bite. When I brought it as a souvenir for my family, I found that it was gone in no time, and I couldn't help but laugh.
