This is a hidden gem located in a residential area, and the absence of a noren (a traditional fabric divider) adds to its atmosphere. The focus is on sake, and it's delightful to be able to sample various types in small amounts by the glass. The bottles lined up in the refrigerator are carefully temperature-controlled, allowing you to enjoy each one in great condition. There is also a rich variety of aged sake, and it's interesting that many of the brands are from western Japan. The appetizer of tomatoes is pleasantly sweet, and the simmered yellowtail with ginger is well-infused with flavor, making for a perfect pairing. The miso-marinated tofu has a richness similar to cheese, and the mackerel sashimi is served both raw and seared, allowing you to enjoy the aroma of yuzu. The dishes are served at a leisurely pace, so you can relax and enjoy your drinks.
