This is a restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal ingredients prepared in the Edomae style. The craftsmen gently teach you about the origin of the fish and the preparation methods, which is exciting. The experience of comparing kohada from different regions is unique to this place. The deliciousness of the shining fish and shellfish perfectly complements the rice, and I was moved with each piece. There is a wide variety of appetizers, and I am surprised every time a dish not on the menu is served. The carefully aged nigiri made with fresh ingredients is so delicious that it makes you want to drink more sake.
