The interior is quiet, and the ducks swimming in the pond outside the window are soothing. The lobby has great style, and my mood lifts the moment I step inside. The sea bream carpaccio highlights the freshness of the vegetables, and the citrus aroma is refreshing. The chilled corn potage is also delicious. The roasted lobster is succulent, and the sauce was very much to my liking. The foie gras melts in the mouth and brings a feeling of happiness.

A collaboration between the representative Italian sparkling wine 'Ferrari' and a relaxing resort hotel, where you can enjoy a barbecue in a luxury resort without the need for preparation, cleanup, or bringing anything. Using a small pickup type charcoal grill from the American company 'WEBER'. Grilling a whole block of beef in a hearty manner to lock in the flavor, with full support from the B.B.Q master.
