✏️Mensho Bonten〗〖Miyagino-ku, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture ------------------------ The other day, I went to Sendai again to Buhn✈︎ I stayed there for 5 days and took care of about 16 restaurants♪ On the last day, I was worried about whether I would be able to go home because of the typhoon💦. I was forced to take the bullet train at Tokyo station and made it home safely 😱. I think I'll post about 13 houses on this page 🌸 : The first restaurant is here 🍜. I was actually walking to get Kaisendon on the first day, but I think I took the wrong west exit and east exit and didn't get there no matter how long I walked (lol). I looked it up again on the spot and suddenly it became a stable ramen 😂... I was so excited to see the new restaurant :) This ramen shop opened on 2010/05/03. The name of the restaurant is taken from Date Masamune's childhood name "Bontenmaru", which means "from ordinary man to heaven" (^^). So many Date Masamune fans 🤔(social deviation 30w) : :. : :. 🍀Ramen (💴780) I'm a past self who didn't leave any notes even though it was a month ago (lol) I'll try my best to remember 🤣. Animal broth from chicken, momiji, and pork bones. Combined with dried bonito flakes, dried bonito flakes, kelp, etc. Unheated soy sauce is used as a Kaeshi (a sauce made from soy sauce without heat treatment). The soup is finished with the addition of niboshi oil. It has a rounded, rich flavor. The acidity is subtle, but leaves a strong impact when it hits the tongue. The soup is made by adding chicken and seafood flavors, It is more easily felt when slurping the noodles. The noodles are flat, thick, and medium-thick. They have a firm and chunky texture. When you bite into the random thickness of the noodle, you can enjoy the sweetness of the wheat. Of course, it goes well with the soup. To bring out the unique flavor You can enjoy the umami of soy sauce straight from the bowl. We hope you will experience it 🌸.
