The atmosphere is spacious and calm, and the background music is pleasant. The wine lined up on the wall is impressive, and the red wine recommended to me is easy to drink and lifts my spirits. I particularly enjoyed the salmon mousse as an appetizer and the terrine made with Mikawa shrimp. The sweet potato soup has a gentle sweetness and a comforting flavor. The poached white fish and lobster have a rich umami that provides satisfaction. The warm dishes are served under silver lids, which is nice because I can enjoy them piping hot.

In a calm and classic atmosphere, the separate building with its hexagonal shape is very impressive. It's enjoyable to watch the cooking process in front of the counter that surrounds three sides, with a wide plate. The seafood, including shrimp, scallops, cod milt, and cod, is carefully prepared, and I particularly liked the cod milt enjoyed with ponzu sauce. The vegetables are also fragrant, and the texture of the makomo mushroom is pleasant, making it interesting to compare different salts. Of course, the steak is excellent, and the course flows nicely with dishes like baked items and warm desserts. I was able to relax while enjoying the well-maintained garden and the service provided at a comfortable distance.

I used it for a celebration. Last year, I was hospitalized due to illness on both our wedding anniversary and my birthday, so it had been a long time since I could go out. Today was our wedding anniversary. All the meat was delicious as expected, and I felt it was great to come here. I would be happy if I could come again for my birthday next time.

The staff's response is good, and the food is delicious, so it's comfortable enough that I end up staying longer than I intended. The minus one point is that if you stay from the beginning to the end of lunch, you will incur parking fees.

The presentation is stunning, and everything tastes delicious. The dessert, including gelato, is also delicious. It's nice to receive a drink for one cup on the way out.
