This ramen restaurant specializes in Nagahama ramen, one of the most popular tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen, and the restaurant is packed regardless of weekdays or holidays 😄. This time, I ordered a regular ramen! Not too heavy on the pork bones, but light and very tasty 😋.
