Sitting at the counter, I was excited to see the chef quickly preparing seasonal fish right in front of me. The assorted platter was filled with plump tuna, sea urchin, and eel, each bursting with flavor in my mouth. The thick roll, in particular, was amazing with the sweetness of the fatty tuna and the perfect harmony with the rice, making me feel happy with just one piece. The signature rolled omelet was fluffy, with a strong aroma of dashi that made it hard to put down my chopsticks. The grilled shrimp heads and asparagus rolls served in between were also delightful, making me enjoy my drinks even more. It's a small shop, but it has a calm atmosphere, and I think it's a wonderful place to casually enjoy fresh sushi.
