This is a shop that is close to the station and easy to find. The interior is new and clean, allowing for a calm and enjoyable experience. The frozen tomatoes in the tomato sour were crisp and very delicious. The meats, including kalbi, loin, and tongue, were all tasty, and when grilled, the aroma spreads. The combination of the intestines and shiny rice was also a perfect match, and I couldn't stop eating. The service was smooth, and the staff's attentiveness was polite, making for a pleasant time.
There is a wide variety of options, and each one has a taste that feels carefully crafted. The takeout appetizers are plentiful, making it exciting to enjoy at home. The confit chicken wings and scallops with anchovy butter were particularly memorable. The fried knife fish has a light batter, and the flesh is fluffy and very delicious. Pairing cheese pizza with honey enhances its richness even more. They kindly suggested wines that complement the dishes, allowing for a comfortable and leisurely experience.

The rare fried horse mackerel and seared golden eye snapper are surprisingly high-level dishes. The main dish, motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot), has a clear Japanese-style broth with chewy domestic tripe that melts in your mouth, and the crispness of the vegetables can be enjoyed until the end. The zosui (rice soup) made at the end absorbed all the flavors of the broth, bringing smiles to everyone. The friendly personality of the chef and the energetic service from the staff create a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer.
