Dishes featuring tofu as the main ingredient have a gentle flavor and are easy to eat. The seasonal kaiseki is well-prepared and enjoyable to experience. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard), yudofu (hot tofu), and yuba (tofu skin) sashimi were particularly impressive. The care put into each item in the basket is evident, and the aftertaste is light. There are private rooms, and the seats where you can look out at the garden through the window are very calming. The staff's attention to detail was thoughtful, and I was happy that they even prepared a commemorative photo for us.

Last time, I was seated near the entrance, and since the entrance was open, I felt cold during lunch. However, today I was seated in the farthest corner, separated by partitions, so I was not cold and was able to relax. I ordered the same deli plate as I did in April when I last visited, but each dish was made with different ingredients than before, which is delightful as I can enjoy it even after a few months. The people I had lunch with today were using the place for the first time, and they were happy to be able to try a variety of dishes in small portions, all of which they found delicious.

I really liked the colorful salad and the gentle flavors of the dressing with carrots and onions. The pork cutlet had a crispy coating, and the sweetness of the fat spread out, making me happy from the very first bite. I'm glad that even with the thick cutlet, I could enjoy it deliciously until the end without feeling any heartburn. There were plenty of flavor variations with three types of salt and a slightly spicy sauce, so I could enjoy it without getting bored. The time spent waiting while grinding sesame seeds was also exciting with its pleasant aroma. I heard that the chef is particular about the frying method and the breadcrumbs, and I could feel that passion in each piece.

I made a reservation so I was able to go there on Sunday at 12:00 pm and was guided right away, although there were quite a few people waiting.

The atmosphere of the shop, the food, and the drinks were all great. If I may be greedy, it would be a 5-star experience if there were a few more types of bread.

We were very satisfied with the set meal and two platters, four adults and a full meal at a reasonable price. My companion liked the horumon with hachinos in it. I would like to use this restaurant again.
