This time I visited to celebrate a birthday, and I enjoyed dishes made with rare ingredients, as well as the variety of options available. The sashimi and nigiri are creatively prepared, and the fatty tuna seasoned lightly with rock salt is delicious on its own. The selection of sake is excellent, and the staff's service is prompt, allowing you to enjoy the experience until the very end.
