This shop located along the national road has a stylish and comfortable interior that leaves a strong impression. The owner's recommended Hiruzensoba is rich in miso sauce and very filling, making me excited from the first bite. The okonomiyaki with crispy soba is also styled like Fuchu-yaki, and the crispy texture on the outside is irresistible. Adding some chili powder halfway through completely changes the flavor, making it even harder to put down my chopsticks. The fried chicken served as a complimentary dish is well-seasoned and very juicy. The presentation of being served on a hot iron plate is also fun, and I was able to enjoy a lively time with my friends.
