La comida era deliciosa y el servicio no tuvo problemas en particular. Si tuviera que mencionar una queja, sería que el grupo de al lado era muy ruidoso, así que a través de una pared se podía escuchar sus risas a gran volumen, lo que dificultaba escuchar nuestra conversación en algunos momentos. Dipping the fluffy tsukune in egg yolk releases a burst of flavor that brings a smile to my face. The soup infused with chicken broth and the nyumen are exceptional, and I ended up drinking every last drop. Even the egg over rice served at the end was not lacking in effort, and I could feel the restaurant's dedication throughout the entire course. Thanks to the friendly staff and the serious head chef, dining with friends became an even more enjoyable moment.

Every dish was truly wonderful and delicious. There aren't many places that have such a popular local sake selection. I want to go again.

This place has a calm atmosphere, and it's enjoyable to pair spice dishes with wine. When you express your preferences, they recommend wines that match, and the glasses are beautiful, which makes me happy. The curries include keema, oyster coconut, and beef nihari, which pair well with fragrant Thai rice. Each one is delicious on its own, but mixing them halfway through creates an even deeper flavor that is exciting. The warm grilled vegetables are generously topped with Parmigiano, highlighting the quality of the ingredients. The meat braised in dark beer is tender and satisfying, along with the smooth mashed potatoes.

It was good because there were few customers and it was quiet.

Sashimi platter, Daisen chicken tataki, white senmai sashimi, grilled koune, etc. were ordered, and the cost performance of the sashimi was good. I was generally satisfied with the food. The staff was attentive, helping with my coat and offering to refill drinks, which showed good staff training. I think I would like to visit this restaurant again, but unfortunately, a regular customer at the next table was smoking an electronic cigarette. I thought it was a non-smoking restaurant, so that was a bit disappointing. I encountered a good restaurant after a long time.

Nonta Sushi Hiroshima Gourmet in abundance! It was late in the afternoon and there was no sushi in rotation, but each piece of sushi was huge and thick! Lots and lots of negitoro! The price is from 2000 yen to 2000 yen!
