We visited for dinner on our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was homey and there was no stiffness. I informed them of the dishes I couldn't eat when making the reservation, and they had made changes, so I was able to enjoy everything deliciously. The explanation of the menu and the timing of when they came to our table to take drink orders were very good. The shrimp and salmon were particularly delicious. The cocktails were also reasonably priced and easy to drink. I would like to visit again when I come to Hiroshima.

You can order dishes as a course or individually, which is convenient. The sashimi, grilled items, and tempura are all meticulously prepared, and each has a good balance of flavors. The tomato shumai, baked whelk with green onion miso, and simmered daikon with beef tendon were particularly impressive. There is also a selection of sake available, allowing for enjoyable pairings with the food.

I found this place near Namiki Street and decided to enter. From the counter seats, I could see the grilling process, and the craftsmanship is very meticulous. The skewers of chicken neck and tail are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making me happy with every bite. The tataki is generously topped with green onions, and the yuzu pepper pairs perfectly. Even with a limited selection, I felt satisfied, and I could enjoy each item thoroughly. The staff is friendly, and I feel that this is a comfortable place.
