The wagyu is beautiful in appearance, and the flavor is rich, from the kalbi to the rare cuts. The offal is carefully prepared, odorless, and the sweetness of the fat is delightful. El local es pequeño, con barra y mesas, lo que lo hace acogedor. El dueño, muy amable, nos saludó y desde el principio nos sentimos cómodos. Ushiwaka's grilled meat is always delicious. The meat is moist and the sauce tastes good. The amount of meat is enough to fill you up and the rice is satisfying. I also recommend the Mushi-Pork wrapped in lettuce and served with miso sauce. I was also very satisfied with the other dishes on the menu. Yakiniku is still good.
