There are also rare cuts like white senmai and urute, which makes it feel like an adventure for a meat lover. The strawberry and pistachio tiramisu-style parfait had a strong fresh strawberry and sweetness, and the 100% Amaou guimauve was excellent. The almond tuile, strawberry powder, mascarpone strawberries, strawberry ice cream, pistachio cream, homemade Amaou sauce, panna cotta, and biscuit were also wonderful. Overall, it was delicious and I was very satisfied from the moment I took a bite. Thank you for the treat.
