The meticulous preparation of dishes like chawanmushi (savory egg custard) and donabe rice, as well as the eight delicacies, made my heart flutter. The flavors of the sashimi and grilled dishes are enhanced, and the balance of vinegar and soy sauce is pleasant. I was able to relax in a private room and spend a special moment.
