I am happy that the set allows me to choose my own salad, soup, and drink in addition to the pasta. The salad is simple, but the dressing has a wonderful aroma and is very delicious. The soup is small, but creamy and satisfying. The fresh pasta is chewy, and the shrimp is firm, making it enjoyable to eat. The Genovese sauce has a nice aroma, and surprisingly pairs well with fish, which is impressive. The sweetness of the orange juice is pleasant, and being able to make a reservation just before is also helpful.

It was right by the station, and I was excited by the calm, Showa-era atmosphere. First, when I grilled the thick slices of beef tongue, the crispy texture and juicy flavor spread, leaving me impressed. The premium wagyu ribeye melted elegantly in fat, making it so delicious that I couldn't stop eating the rice. The lemon cold noodles had a refreshing acidity, which was perfect after the grilled meat. Since I could choose seasonings like sauces and salt, I enjoyed customizing the flavors of the kalbi and pork cartilage to my liking. The staff were bright and courteous, and with a wide selection of drinks and snacks, I ended up staying longer than I intended.

The green pizza, infused with the deliciousness of homemade sausage, enhances the sweetness of the vegetables and is very fragrant. The desserts after the meal are also homemade, with a mousse and a wobbly two-layer that gently melt in your mouth. Thanks to the attentive and warm staff, I was able to enjoy a leisurely and luxurious pizza experience even alone.
